Mid-Level Software Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Mid-Level QA Analyst within a B2C team.

• Develop test scenarios.

• Conduct functional testing.

• Oversee project releases.

• Generate documentation to facilitate knowledge management.

• Create reports detailing quality metrics.

• Assess requirements.

• Perform integration, API, and performance testing.

• Offer assistance to the development team.

• Develop training materials and support the quality assurance team.

• Produce manuals and user stories.

• Design the testing architecture, which includes environments, devices, and test data.

• Conduct layout testing and element inspections.

• Contribute to enhancing the coverage, efficiency, speed, and reliability of digital deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies.

• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

• Proficiency in Gherkin syntax.

• Experience or knowledge in writing test scenarios, including happy paths, alternative flows, and exceptions.

• Awareness of Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools for test automation and API testing.

• Knowledge or experience with VTEX.

• Understanding of test automation.

• Knowledge of Playwright.

• Familiarity with Cypress.

• Interest in or practical experience with AI-powered test automation.
