Mid-level Software Engineer – .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications at the enterprise level using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

• Create and support distributed n-tier applications to provide reliable and scalable business solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and database integrations.

• Create and manage RESTful Web APIs and backend services.

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.

• Engage in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and testing activities.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and other developers within an Agile Scrum framework.

• Contribute to the refinement of user stories, sprint planning, and the implementation of new features.

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve production issues while continuously enhancing system performance and scalability.

• Offer technical support and collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in .NET development.

• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET MVC.

• Practical experience with Entity Framework.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.

• Experience in developing RESTful Web APIs.

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repositories, Pipelines).

• Familiar with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Experience with Visual Studio.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
