Mid-Level Software Developer, Payroll Loans Squad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the development team to define technical solutions that align with the business area and product requirements.

• Evaluate the existing landscape and propose enhancements.

• Guarantee quality delivery by establishing acceptance scenarios, unit tests, and development best practices.

• Develop and maintain technical project documentation and API contracts, ensuring they are current.

• Assist the team with production incidents by diagnosing issues and facilitating permanent solutions through root cause analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and commonly used software architectures.

• Proven experience in designing and developing distributed systems with microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET 8 or later, including data access using Dapper.

• Experience with both transactional and non-transactional databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.

• Familiarity with creating and managing queues utilizing RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Experience in distributed caching solutions using Redis.

• Background in managing releases, version control with GitLab, and CI/CD practices.

• Knowledge in unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming.

• Experience with Docker and Linux environments.

• Practical experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with task management systems like Jira is a plus.
