Mid-Level Software Developer – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve backend solutions using .NET technologies.

• Update and refine existing systems through refactoring and structural enhancements.

• Create and integrate APIs, focusing on performance, security, and quality assurance.

• Execute automated testing, including both unit and integration tests.

• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to architectural advancements with the team.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies, working collaboratively on project planning and continuous delivery.

• Spot opportunities for system enhancements and complexity reduction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in backend development utilizing .NET and C#.

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Sybase, and MongoDB.

• Proficient in using Entity Framework and Dapper.

• Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.

• Experience with microservices, Docker, and distributed architectures.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and/or Kanban.

• Awareness of security, authentication, and authorization best practices.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog).

• Proficient in RESTful APIs and service integration.

• Regular use of AI tools in daily development activities (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools).

• Experience with automated testing practices.
