Mid-level Software Developer – Backend/Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve scalable APIs and services

• Produce clean, testable, and thoroughly documented code

• Participate in architectural decisions and technology selection

• Work closely with Product and UX teams to define solutions

• Evaluate peer code and advocate for best practices

• Track application performance, security, and reliability

• Automate testing and integrations within CI/CD pipelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Software Developer (backend or full-stack)

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go)

• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and version control systems (Git)

• Understanding of automated testing and engineering best practices

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

• Plus: previous experience with SaaS products or high-scale environments

• Plus: knowledge of microservices, messaging systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Plus: experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)

• Plus: contributions to communities, open-source projects, or tech talks
