Mid-Level Software Developer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain applications while ensuring adherence to best practices in software coding and design.

• Implement features that align with both business and technical requirements.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of solutions.

• Engage in agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to establish solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to tackle technical obstacles.

• Assist in process automation, which includes CI/CD and automated testing.

• Ensure the quality and efficiency of project deliverables.

• Function across various domains as needed by the service, including backend, frontend, or full-stack development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a degree in any field with a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum of 360 hours).

• Experience in software development with expertise in at least one programming language.

• Understanding of API development.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).

• Experience using Git for version control.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

• Awareness of software quality best practices, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.

• Demonstrated autonomy, organizational skills, and time management with a results-oriented approach.
