Mid-Level Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-volume recruitment and selection processes.

• Manage the entire process from aligning profiles to closing vacancies.

• Recruit and select operational staff for retail locations.

• Handle the complete recruitment and selection cycle, including conducting interviews and administering tests as necessary.

• Assist candidates throughout the various stages of the hiring process and ensure they have the necessary documentation.

• Identify candidates who align with the company profile utilizing various tools and methods in line with internal protocols.

• Track the status of open, in-progress, and filled vacancies on a daily basis.

• Suggest and utilize the most effective recruitment sources tailored to each role.

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A personal laptop or computer is necessary for fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.

• A completed university degree is preferred.

• Basic to intermediate skills in Excel are preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• A solid 2–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
