Mid-Level Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the client's development team, working alongside the Product Owner, developers, UX/UI experts, and other team members.

• Engage in the team's agile ceremonies, contributing to planning and tracking of deliverables.

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify inconsistencies, risks, and potential failure scenarios.

• Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business rules and application workflows.

• Conduct functional, exploratory, integration, regression, and validation testing of business rules.

• Validate features prior to their release for user acceptance testing and/or production environments.

• Identify, log, document, and track bugs and nonconformities.

• Collaborate with developers to investigate, reproduce, and validate defect resolutions.

• Execute regression testing.

• Document test evidence and maintain up-to-date quality documentation.

• Contribute to the squad’s acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done (DoD).

• Assist with user acceptance testing alongside the Product Owner and client stakeholders.

• Proactively identify quality risks and implement preventive measures.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of quality processes, standards, and practices.

• Support opportunities for test automation.

• Monitor quality indicators and assist in reducing bugs, rework, and recurrence.

• Utilize AI for analysis, scenario creation, testing, and enhancing productivity.

• Experience working within agile teams.

• Understanding of test automation and API testing.

• Familiarity with Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge and experience in applying AI to boost productivity and enhance quality practices.
