Mid-Level Product Analyst – Operational Management and Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Chart comprehensive customer journeys from start to finish, pinpoint operational hurdles, and suggest enhancements and automations in partnership with squads and collaborating teams.

• Serve as a liaison between the Corban, Digital Wallet, and App squads, as well as the operational teams handling customer service, collections, and legal issues.

• Ensure clarity and alignment of roles across various teams.

• Oversee quality metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance indicators.

• Facilitate decision-making processes and evaluate the impact of deliverables.

• Investigate regulations, create procedures, and manage product audits and control processes.

• Play a key role in developing a robust, seamless, and secure Payroll-Deducted Loan product, aimed at minimizing customer friction and operational SLAs.

• Capacity for both autonomy and collaboration to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Experience in Product teams, possessing a holistic view of the business, along with skills in KPI monitoring and journey mapping.

• Competence in analyzing complex issues and proposing well-structured solutions.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Practical experience with Figma.

• Familiarity with SQL for executing data queries.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Regular use and comfort in applying artificial intelligence tools.

• Nice-to-haves: experience in financial services or fintech; knowledge of Payroll-Deducted Loans or similar credit/lending products; understanding of quality management, risk governance, and the financial regulatory landscape; experience in process automation (n8n, Claude, spreadsheet macros, Python).
