📋 Description

• Develop and manage the content calendar across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

• Suggest topics, engaging hooks, and formats that are in line with current trends and the overall strategy.

• Craft post copy, captions, scripts, and CTAs that are clear and maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Create visual content, including carousels, covers, and thumbnails, utilizing design and AI tools.

• Edit Reels, Shorts, and TikToks to match the pacing and native language of each platform.

• Stay updated on trends and internet culture, rapidly converting them into published content.

• Leverage tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and others to enhance and scale copy, image, and video production.

• Monitor performance metrics, identify content that is underperforming, review strategies, and optimize content based on data insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media professional in the education sector, preferably in edtech or medical education, with intermediate content production skills.

• A hands-on, generalist approach: capable of independently managing copy, design, and video projects from start to finish.

• A strong interest in AI-driven content production, showcasing daily practical use rather than just curiosity.

• A sense of urgency and the capability to work efficiently on multiple initiatives simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

• An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to content decision-making.

• A genuine understanding of trends, formats, and various platforms.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Higgsfield, and AI image-generation software.
