Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Create analytical segments and summary reports on advertising campaigns to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Investigate and formulate actionable recommendations to enhance advertising campaign KPIs.

• Assess, review, and observe ongoing A/B tests; deliver precise results and suggestions for future experiments.

• Track key marketing performance indicators for products and advertising campaigns on a daily basis.

• Alert stakeholders to significant variances from standard performance and explore and clarify the reasons.

• Analyze and refine attribution and LTV marketing models.

• Enhance marketing reports and budgeting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economic field.

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including pivot tables.

• Solid understanding of BigQuery.

• Knowledge of mathematical statistics is essential.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, SuperSet, etc.

• Preference for candidates based in APAC or nearby time zones, with at least 3 hours of overlap with the team's working hours.

• Familiarity with MS SQL is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.

• Awareness of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is beneficial.

• Experience with Google Ads platforms and campaign analytics is a bonus.
