Mid-Level Interaction Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop the vision for the user experience of RD Station Conversas.

• Streamline intricate user journeys and enhance the influence of Design within the team.

• Design experiences for key product functionalities.

• Remove significant friction points in users’ daily tasks and aid in the evolution of the product roadmap.

• Suggest UI and UX strategies that align with business objectives, prioritize experience excellence, and address Design technical debt.

• Oversee the Design process, customizing Discovery and Delivery to meet the team’s requirements.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to formulate hypotheses and shape the product roadmap.

• Recommend Lean, iterative solutions grounded in testing and research.

• Link usage, adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics to Design choices.

• Foster alignment between technical and non-technical teams through research, workshops, and discussions.

• Enhance NPS, decrease tickets associated with usability issues, and boost feature adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer.

• Expertise in Figma and various prototyping tools.

• Familiarity with strategic research, data analysis, usability studies, and product benchmarking.

• Experience in information architecture for complex systems, journey mapping, and Service Design.

• Capability to convert ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions using Lean thinking, systems thinking, and autonomy.

• Proficient in communicating and advocating for Design decisions backed by data.

• Skilled in negotiating deliverables and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
