This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create graphic assets and both static and animated content for digital marketing initiatives, social media, and various client projects.

• Design and modify visual materials while ensuring aesthetic excellence, consistency, and alignment with the specific requirements of each project.

• Produce videos and animations utilizing video editing and motion design software.

• Engage in meetings and client interactions, offering creative ideas and solutions.

• Assist in analyzing data and results to inform the creation of materials that align with performance goals.

• Manage requests and deadlines independently and responsibly, keeping leadership updated on delivery status.

• Collaborate with the team, sharing insights and contributing to collective growth.

• Accept and implement constructive feedback, consistently striving to enhance deliverables and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or pursuing a degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.

• Prior professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency setting.

• Proficient in design software, particularly Photoshop.

• Familiarity with video editing and motion design tools, such as After Effects.

• Capability to create both static and animated creative assets, focusing on visual quality and digital best practices.

• Portfolio showcasing technical abilities, creativity, and a diverse visual range.

• Enthusiasm for learning about digital marketing and understanding how design impacts client outcomes.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Proactive and self-sufficient in managing a variety of requests and challenges.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma, experience with AI tools in creative work, familiarity with additional video editing, animation, and motion design software, experience working directly with clients, data analysis, report generation, and performance metric assessment, as well as proficiency in English or Spanish are considered advantageous.
