Image Ad Designer – Freelancer, Mini-Job

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create and design static advertisements for Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook).

• Assess target demographics, psychological purchasing motivations, hooks, and marketing strategies, and convert them into visual ideas.

• Produce product-centric ads, UGC-style static images, before-and-after visuals, collages, and carousel formats.

• Collaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to visually execute ad concepts and briefs.

• Offer innovative concepts and craft creatives focused on conversion.

• Modify successful advertisements and experiment with various layouts, hooks, and designs.

• Utilize performance insights to enhance ads continuously.

• Recognize current design and advertising trends and implement them for e-commerce brands.

• Create advertisements for e-commerce brands including Alpensattel, Darako, and Bitterliebe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in static ad design, preferably for Meta Ads, agencies, or e-commerce brands.

• Alternatively, exceptional skills showcased through an outstanding portfolio.

• Proficiency in direct-response design.

• Expertise in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe InDesign, and/or similar design software.

• A keen eye for layouts, typography, and visual aesthetics.

• Creative thinking and the ability to explore unconventional angles and creative hooks.

• Independent, dependable work ethic with a strong sense of ownership.

• Commitment to continuously enhancing your skill set.

• Team-oriented mindset and a good sense of humor.

• Experience with AI tools for image generation is advantageous.

• A portfolio or a brief introduction; freelancers should provide their availability and rate expectations.
