Mid-level Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of implementation projects for new partners, products, and/or the systematization/internalization of existing partners.

• Plan, oversee, and manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Refine requirements and activities for the squad and other departments involved in the initiative.

• Collaborate with Technology, Underwriting, Operations, Customer Service, Claims, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.

• Identify and take action to eliminate internal and external obstacles that affect projects.

• Ensure the execution of user acceptance testing, documentation, and production deployment stages.

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of implementation, aligning business areas, technology, operations, and external partners.

• Review and align processes and rules, conduct system registrations/data entry, validate incoming data, analyze risks, and manage mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with insurance products, ideally in mass-market or affinity segments.

• Proven experience leading or supporting implementation, rollout, or process transformation projects.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of transferring .txt files via SFTP.

• Nice to have: experience in financial, insurance, or fintech sectors, or with distribution partners.

• Nice to have: experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Planner, or similar tools.

• Nice to have: understanding of system integrations and APIs.

• Nice to have: experience in implementing digital products and partner journeys.

• Nice to have: familiarity with operational metrics, OKRs, and backlog management.
