Mid-Level Human Resources Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process across various levels and departments.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to align candidate profiles.

• Evaluate resumes, perform talent sourcing, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.

• Create candidate evaluation reports and present potential hires to hiring managers.

• Monitor all phases of the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and maintain a positive experience for candidates.

• Analyze recruitment and selection metrics and suggest enhancements to the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle.

• Familiarity with competency-based interviewing and talent sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple processes simultaneously.

• A proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach.

• Previous experience in recruiting for strategic roles and using LinkedIn and Sólides is advantageous.

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

• Practical experience in recruitment and selection practices.
