HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of team objectives, challenges, and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate with leaders to translate business objectives into personnel decisions that enhance team performance and foster growth.

• Guide managers with practical tools and training, covering expectations, feedback, difficult conversations, and accountable team development.

• Partner with managers throughout the performance management cycle, including goal articulation, feedback, evaluations, developmental discussions, and decisions related to underperformance.

• Recognize high achievers, potential leaders, and retention risks.

• Facilitate career development, internal mobility, promotions, and succession planning.

• Manage employee relations and navigate sensitive situations involving employees and managers.

• Collaborate with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders as necessary.

• Assist leaders in managing team expansion, evolving responsibilities, reporting changes, and organizational structuring.

• Promote effective communication during organizational transformations.

• Transform employee feedback into actionable insights to enhance culture and engagement.

• Design and execute scalable programs related to onboarding, manager development, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.

• Leverage people data to identify trends, foresee risks, and propose actionable measures.

• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance People workflows, reporting, and team efficiency while safeguarding confidential information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles or similar People positions, with direct accountability for supporting both managers and employees.

• Background in a high-growth technology organization, adept at navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid organizational transitions.

• Proven experience in developing People programs and manager development initiatives from inception.

• Established experience in coaching managers and collaborating with senior leaders, possessing the credibility and confidence to influence decisions and engage in constructive challenges.

• Practical experience in performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational change.

• In-depth understanding of US employment practices and experience supporting a distributed workforce across the US.

• Experience in a global context, effectively collaborating across various cultures, locations, and time zones.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee needs alongside organizational objectives.

• Capability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and consistent judgment.

• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in translating people data and employee feedback into actionable recommendations.

• Proficient in HR systems and AI tools, with a practical mindset for process improvement and enhancing operational efficiencies.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and execution capabilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and follow through independently.

• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a readiness to engage in detail-oriented tasks.

• Familiarity with HiBob, Deel, and Comeet is a plus.

• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or AI sectors is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with teams and leaders based in Israel is desirable.

• Background in supporting both technical and go-to-market teams is a plus.
