Mid-Level Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and create assets and campaigns for various platforms including social media, paid media, email, landing pages, PowerPoint presentations, e-books, case studies, and sales materials.

• Generate materials for trade shows, events, and corporate initiatives, encompassing both digital and print assets as well as booth communications.

• Develop supporting materials for inbound, outbound, and lead-generation strategies in partnership with Marketing and SDR teams.

• Tailor campaigns for various formats, channels, languages, and markets while maintaining visual consistency.

• Employ Artificial Intelligence tools in creative processes, research, reference generation, and content optimization.

• Assist in the visual creation of campaigns within Marketing and CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign.

• Ensure adherence to Fast2Mine’s visual identity and Weir’s brand guidelines.

• Manage the organization of the team’s files, templates, and visual assets to ensure efficient and standardized deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.

• Background in design applied to Marketing and communications.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Experience in producing both digital and print materials.

• Familiarity with Figma.

• Expertise in utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools in creative endeavors.

• Knowledge of Marketing automation and CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign.

• Proven experience in crafting corporate presentations and B2B materials.

• An updated portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Understanding of video editing, motion graphics, After Effects, and Premiere.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is advantageous.

• Strong creativity and aesthetic judgment.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
