This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the modernization and process enhancement initiatives of DSCA.
• Collect and analyze data that supports opportunities for mission and business expansion.
• Pinpoint business needs and propose actionable improvements.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborators in modernization efforts.
• Aid in project management tasks across various DSCA initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and align workflows.
• Assess business processes and suggest enhancements.
• Transform roadmap features into concise, manageable user stories.
• Draft structured business requirements and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for workflow and process automation.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visual summaries that communicate performance insights.
• Examine process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and end users.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of reporting and analysis tools.
• Conduct data discovery, modeling, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the defense sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, economics, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• Must have and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of application.
• Must operate within Eastern Time Zone core business hours.
• Business Process Analyst 3: 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree; or a high school diploma/equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Business Process Analyst 4: 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 8 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree; or a high school diploma/equivalent with 14 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in supporting DSCA, Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, or Defense Acquisition.
• Prior familiarity with DoD programs, policies, or workflows related to partner nation engagement is preferred.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams within government or the defense industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of business processes within DSCA, DCSA, or related foreign intelligence and security agencies is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and an ability to interpret data to provide informed recommendations.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with government personnel, program managers, and technical teams.
• Capable of creating clear, organized documentation and translating business needs into actionable recommendations.
• Preferred experience in supporting modernization, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives within government or defense.
• Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements.
• Preferred experience in developing and sustaining reporting tools, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Capacity to remain stationary and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to use a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment.
• Proficient in effective communication during virtual meetings, briefings, and secure collaboration environments.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret digital data for prolonged periods with precision and attention to detail.
• Must maintain a home office environment that meets company and government security standards.
• Must be able to adhere to assigned East Coast core business hours.
