• Prior experience working within Agile teams.

• Proven experience in Java development.

• Familiarity with preparing technical specifications.

• Experience applying AI in programming tasks.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (advanced to fluent level).

• Capacity to work alongside other engineers using AI to enhance the development process (AI-Augmented Engineers).

• Proactive, adaptable, and driven to take full ownership throughout development cycles.
