This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Perform a variety of programming tasks that include analysis, coding, and debugging intricate program logic.

• Execute testing procedures utilizing testing and debugging tools.

• Create algorithms based on technical specifications or other documentation requirements.

• Implement standard algorithms when applicable.

• Develop program code in accordance with the established application architecture.

• Organize and format source code, add comments and documentation, and label variables, functions, classes, data structures, and files following company guidelines and industry best practices.

• Monitor changes and compare source code within the designated version control system.

• Coordinate task deadlines with the Senior Developer or Technical Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehension of programming basics and the software development process.

• Fundamental knowledge of PHP 8.4 and object-oriented programming; practical PHP experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Willingness to learn PHP with Laminas or develop backend code in Node.js.

• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL; experience with MySQL 8.4 or PostgreSQL 14 is preferred.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and Composer.

• Some practical experience using AI tools for software development.

• Ability to utilize AI critically: defining tasks and acceptance criteria, reviewing and testing AI-generated results, and refining them as necessary rather than accepting them at face value.

• Interest in a full-stack position and readiness to engage in both backend and frontend development.

• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
