• Create and improve intricate features utilizing Java 8 and Java EE technologies.

• Design and refine web interfaces, business components, and solutions for data persistence.

• Develop REST APIs and facilitate integrations with enterprise systems and external services.

• Analyze and resolve intricate issues related to performance, concurrency, transactions, and resource management.

• Enhance SQL queries, indexes, and execution plans within PostgreSQL.

• Perform technical code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural, security, and quality standards.

• Assist in technical decision-making alongside the architecture team and guide other developers.

• Contribute to the stability of applications, technical estimations, and the advancement of development practices.

• Employ and critically assess Artificial Intelligence tools, maintaining quality, security, and confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Postgraduate qualification in IT.

• Extensive experience with Java 8, Java EE, JSF/PrimeFaces, and EJB.

• Proficient in JPA/Hibernate, including the Criteria API and transaction management.

• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and query optimization techniques.

• Solid experience with WildFly/JBoss, Maven, and REST APIs.

• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure development practices.

• Familiarity with Git, pull request reviews, automated testing, and code quality assessment.

• Experience in diagnosing performance issues and resolving complex challenges within Java applications.

• Preferred: experience with mission-critical enterprise systems or in the healthcare sector.

• Preferred: experience with jOOQ, Redis, and Elasticsearch.

• Preferred: knowledge of Spring Boot and Swagger/OpenAPI.
