Mid-Level Analyst – Zscaler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, manage, and support the Zscaler platform.

• Analyze and resolve incidents of medium to high complexity related to the Zscaler environment.

• Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.

• Administer and troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) on user endpoints.

• Implement and uphold policies regarding security, access control, web browsing, and data protection.

• Configure and maintain resources such as cloud proxy, firewall, sandboxing, and DLP in line with contracted solutions.

• Participate in the implementation, migration, and enhancement of security architecture.

• Support the deployment of Zero Trust architectures, including scenarios involving the replacement or modernization of traditional VPNs.

• Monitor the environment, identify vulnerabilities and incidents, and suggest opportunities for improvement.

• Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues between Zscaler, corporate networks, and applications.

• Integrate the platform with identity providers and authentication solutions.

• Recommend enhancements to security policies and configurations to improve the efficiency, availability, and protection of the environment.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for environments, configurations, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in administering and supporting the Zscaler platform.

• Professional background in Network Security and/or Cloud Security.

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Security.

• Preferred 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with the Zscaler ecosystem.

• Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).

• Familiarity with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

• Experience in administering and troubleshooting Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).

• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, GRE, and IPsec.

• Understanding of Zero Trust architectures.

• Experience integrating identity providers (IdPs), such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity.

• Knowledge of authentication and provisioning protocols, such as SAML and SCIM.

• Capability to independently analyze and resolve incidents and technical issues.

• ZSCCA – Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator certification is a plus.

• ZSCCE – Zscaler Certified Cloud Expert certification is a plus.

• Experience with Zscaler migration or implementation projects is a plus.

• Experience in replacing traditional VPN solutions with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) is a plus.

• Knowledge of DLP, NGFW, and cloud security solutions is a plus.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.
