This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and necessary addendums in accordance with Massachusetts standards during initial meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, including assessments for nicotine, Tuberculosis, and health risks.
• Prepare court evaluation letters for probation officers and various referral sources.
• Handle administrative documentation such as authorizations, consents, agreements, acknowledgments, and enrollment forms.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Billing Department to discuss payment options.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team effectively.
• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes.
• Act as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies and organizations.
• Advocate for programs and explore potential alliances, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Seek professional development through conferences, classes, groups, statewide meetings, task forces, and committees.
• Uphold and promote the agency’s mission, values, philosophy, and principles.
• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director and/or Assistant Clinic Director.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health and addiction-related field is essential.
• Proven experience with comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical screening tools.
• Capability to engage with a diverse range of clinical presentations and age groups.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred; bilingual candidates may receive additional compensation.
• Proficiency in completing court evaluations, administrative documentation, and regulatory paperwork accurately and on schedule.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with administrative assistants, clinic leadership, clinical supervisors, clinicians, MID Educators, the Billing Department, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Competence in participating in licensing and accreditation processes while liaising with service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
