Mid DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations of cloud infrastructure, which includes provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Manage production environments, ensuring availability, addressing incidents, and responding to alerts.

• Support and maintain current CI/CD pipelines.

• Automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or others.

• Utilize Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes technologies.

• Employ monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar alternatives.

• Implement Site Reliability Engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on cloud infrastructure and operational tasks.

• Proficient experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code management).

• Experience in cloud infrastructure operations, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Management of production environments, focusing on availability, incident handling, and alert responses.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, including the maintenance and support of existing pipelines.

• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or comparable languages for automating operational tasks.

• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
