Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security models for CRM.

• Develop CRM plug-ins, JavaScript web resources, and bespoke business logic utilizing C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.

• Construct and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to facilitate business process automation.

• Create and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems via REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.

• Assist with SQL Server database development, which includes stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting.

• Facilitate automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic.

• Aid in data migration, application modernization, and enhancements of enterprise applications.

• Diagnose application issues, support production systems, and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver top-quality software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of software development experience; 5 years preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Familiarity with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong development background in C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Experience in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.

• Proficient in SQL Server with experience in database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Experience supporting initiatives for enterprise application modernization or enhancement.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.
