Microsoft Dynamics 365 SME Software Developer – Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security models within CRM.

• Create CRM plug-ins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.

• Construct and manage Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.

• Develop and refine custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other related technologies.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems employing REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.

• Assist in SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting.

• Facilitate automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic.

• Aid in data migration, application modernization, and enhancement activities for enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot application issues, support production systems, and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of software development experience.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong development background with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or other similar Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Background in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.

• Solid SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Experience in supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.

• Familiarity with working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.
