Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manager – SCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O HR across HR and financial modules.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial discovery to deployment and post-go-live support.

• Establish solution architecture and direct design choices that align with client business goals.

• Lead functional teams in gathering requirements, mapping processes, conducting fit-gap analysis, and configuration.

• Mentor consultants, evaluate functional deliverables, and oversee project timelines.

• Handle project finances, including budgeting, resource allocation, and tracking profitability.

• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for finance transformation projects.

• Provide clients with insights on Microsoft product updates and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with development, testing, and integration teams to ensure project success.

• Proactively manage project risks through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and resolution of issues.

• Engage with D365 F&O SCM processes and modules.

• Assist in the data migration strategy, including mapping, validation, and cleansing processes.

• Lead implementations across multiple countries and entities.

• Conduct workshops and client demonstrations.

• Coach junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 12–16 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a minimum of 8–10 years focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in payroll.

• Proven experience leading large project teams and executing global implementations.

• Proficient knowledge of Visual Studio, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification (MB-330).

• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

• Strong comprehension of HR/SCM business processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Hire to Retire.

• Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive F&O HR and SCM implementations, covering system configuration, data migration, and user adoption.

• Awareness of industry regulations and compliance standards, such as IFRS, GAAP, and SOX.

• Experience with integrating D365 with Power Platform, Azure Services, and third-party applications.

• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating business needs into functional requirements.

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and security protocols.
