This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, configurations, permissions, sharing settings, and information protection controls.
• Monitor the health of SharePoint Online, troubleshoot issues, resolve performance challenges, and provide technical support to users.
• Handle SharePoint site layouts, structures, content organization, metadata, document management, migrations, and cleanup tasks.
• Analyze SharePoint activities and maintain records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Report on SharePoint health, usage metrics, and areas for improvement to IT management.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement SharePoint solutions that align with their objectives and deliver training sessions and workshops.
• Keep track of Microsoft updates and communicate relevant changes to IT leadership and users.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 and third-party tools with SharePoint Online.
• Develop and sustain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including workflows, approvals, notifications, and data updates.
• Assist with Power BI report publishing, refresh monitoring, and basic workspace administration tasks.
• Support the administration of Power Platform environments, governance controls, and DLP policies.
• Enhance solutions with Power Pages and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions.
• Manage retention, sensitivity labeling, records management, information protection controls, and application/workflow inventories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership on approved technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in testing and the rollout of approved Microsoft 365 feature enhancements.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration and support within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Practical experience in managing SharePoint permissions, site configurations, libraries, and user support.
• Familiarity with PowerShell for carrying out Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
• Capability to gather business stakeholder requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools, including the SharePoint and Power Platform admin centers.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and capacity to diagnose and resolve platform issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented and security-conscious mindset.
• Preferred: Experience with SharePoint Framework customization utilizing TypeScript and/or React.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
• Preferred: Experience with custom Power Automate connectors or HTTP-triggered flows.
• Preferred: Possession of MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 certifications, or equivalent qualifications.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Purview, Dataverse, SPFx, CoE Toolkit, ALM, Azure integrations, Copilot governance, SharePoint Syntex, or Viva Connections.
• Preferred: Background in regulated industries and awareness of SOX, HIPAA, or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
• Annual base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000.
• Completion of a new hire training program within the first 90 days.
• Additional guidance and protective equipment provided, as necessary, for applicable radiation-safety roles.
