
MI Relational Organizing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist in the execution of WFP’s postcard initiative for the fall elections of 2026 and relational organizing efforts.
• Acquire knowledge and oversee postcard campaigns from inception to completion.
• Aid local state personnel in conducting effective postcard campaigns.
• Develop and sustain spreadsheet dashboards for postcard activities.
• Monitor and report metrics related to postcard campaigns.
• Manage vendor list procedures and ensure quality control on vendor mailing list data.
• Oversee Reach accounts and refresh content in line with WFP’s campaigns and priorities.
• Engage WFP members to mobilize their networks through Reach and personal postcards.
• Document, report, and assess the success of campaigns; identify challenges and implement enhancements.
• Work in conjunction with the Data Team to refine data usage structures, systems, processes, and reporting.
• Produce written guides, recordings, sample scripts, and other training materials for relational organizing.
• Collaborate with state staff to facilitate training sessions and recruit volunteers.
• Build relationships with WFP member organizations and promote the adoption of the photo postcard strategy.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with supporters, volunteers, and activists.
• Generate posts for events and announcements directed at the national volunteer community.
• Assist in moderating the activist Slack community.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, diverse, resilient, and expanding volunteer network.
• Candidates must currently have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
• The employer cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Capability to create and manage dashboard spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting campaign metrics.
• Experience or capability to oversee vendor lists and conduct data quality assurance.
• Ability to maintain Reach accounts and refresh content as needed.
• Skilled in developing materials and training for relational organizing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the Data Team and state personnel.
• Competence in leading training sessions and recruiting volunteers when required.
• Commitment to thorough reporting, documentation, and evaluation processes.
