Merchant Success Associate

📋 Description

• Assist in developing programs to manage a substantial number of merchants utilizing automations and playbooks

• Promote success by proactively reaching out to merchants for consultations and guidance on subscription best practices

• Facilitate contract renewals

• Support ongoing quality assurance and testing of new features and documentation to enhance merchant adoption

• Aid in accounting and collections as needed

• Collaborate with Merchant Success Managers to ensure the growth and success of merchants
