Merchandiser/Order Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative of Mondelēz in-store, embodying its renowned snack brands and overseeing the biscuit aisle.

• Provide exceptional customer service to both store teams and shoppers.

• Conduct daily store visits in alignment with Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display images via DMI.

• Establish and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.

• Utilize an iPad to place product orders through Salesforce, ensuring optimal shelf and display availability.

• Execute promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM-negotiated store strategies.

• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities established by the RTM.

• Assist with seasonal sales, new product introductions, and prominent merchandising events.

• Relay store-level insights, challenges, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.

• Safely carry out the physical tasks of moving and stocking snack products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the residing state.

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor; self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.

• Capable of performing repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.

• Previous experience in retail or grocery is advantageous.

• Reside within 25-35 miles of the primary location in Marshfield, WI.

• Required schedule availability: Monday - Friday; starting at 06:00 AM.
