Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Set up and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other areas in accordance with the provided planogram and instructions.

• Organize and plan store visits within the designated territory.

• Inform team members of the work schedule when necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as required.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key in-store contacts.

• Complete all shift reporting, including daily reports that feature photographs of completed tasks, submitted online.

• Effectively communicate and execute various store calls, including but not limited to Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred but not mandatory: relevant merchandising experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.

• Comfortable with traveling up to 160 km from your area.

• Proficient with computers, having access to a PC and internet, and capable of capturing and submitting photos of your work.
