Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Set up and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other areas as per the planogram and provided guidelines.

• Plan and organize store visits within the designated territory.

• Communicate work schedules to team members for support when necessary.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as required.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key in-store contacts.

• Complete all shift reporting, including daily reports that incorporate photographs of accomplished tasks. This reporting is done online.

• Effectively communicate and execute various calls with stores, such as Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday during the 9:00 am to 5:00 pm timeframe.

• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for exclusive use.

• Must be comfortable traveling up to 160 kilometers from your area.

• Computer literate with access to a PC and internet, and capable of taking and submitting photos of your work.
