Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other setups in accordance with the planogram and provided guidelines.

• Organize and plan store visits within the designated territory.

• Inform team members of the work schedule as required.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training sessions, and field training as needed.

• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with key in-store contacts.

• Complete all shift reporting, which includes online daily reports along with photographs of accomplished tasks.

• Communicate and implement various store calls, including those to Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in understanding and implementing changes to a planogram.

• Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic individual.

• Flexible and adaptable to varying situations.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Availability to work within the Monday-Friday timeframe of 9:00am-5:00pm.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle exclusively for work use.

• Comfortable with traveling up to 160kms from your local area.

• Proficient with computers, having access to a PC and the internet, with the capability to take and submit photographs of your work.
