Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and refresh shelving, displays, walls, and other fixtures in accordance with planograms and provided guidelines.

• Organize and plan store visits within the designated territory.

• Relay work schedules to support team members as needed.

• Participate in training conference calls, online training, and field training as necessary.

• Build and nurture strong working relationships with key in-store contacts.

• Complete shift reporting, which includes online daily reports featuring photographs of finished work.

• Interact with stores and carry out various store calls, including those to Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to comprehend and implement planogram modifications.

• Strong organizational abilities; capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.

• Energetic, self-driven, and enthusiastic.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability from Monday to Friday during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel up to 160 km from the area.

• Proficient in computer use, with access to a PC and the internet, and capability to take and submit work-related photos.
