Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health, Nevada License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via a telehealth platform.

• Engage in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and obtain necessary support.

• Work remotely in a fully flexible and encouraging environment.

• Assist women during various reproductive life stages utilizing a holistic clinical approach.

• Provide evidence-based behavioral healthcare for conditions such as depression and anxiety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience, skills, and enthusiasm for delivering online individual therapy and addressing women's mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause.

• Clinical proficiency in applying evidence-based care models.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable and skilled in using virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite.

• Must be based in Nevada and hold a full license.

• Should possess independent licensure as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist, with an active license.

• Preference for multi-state licenses, including at least two of the following states: Arizona, District of Columbia, California, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in women's mental health, particularly focused on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause.

• Experience in a telehealth environment.

• Tech-savvy with experience in electronic medical records.

• Willingness to adapt to new systems.

• A desire to enhance mental health outcomes and support an underserved demographic.

• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
