Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide remote, evidence-informed therapy to adult clients aged 18 and older

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI

• Manage a caseload of 7–20 ongoing therapy sessions each week

• Leverage data to enhance treatment effectiveness and modify strategies based on client progress

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary

• Make referrals for clients when appropriate

• Keep progress notes and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations

• Conduct therapy sessions and assessments for new clients on an ongoing basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid Utah license as an LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Willing and eager to obtain licensure in additional states; employer will cover licensing fees

• Availability for 8–24 hours per week

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults aged 18 and older

• At least 6 months of teletherapy experience

• Skilled in clinical assessments, including PHQ-9

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Available for 7–10 session hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday

• Available during regular business hours for at least 1 hour per week for the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes monthly for ongoing support

• Complete, sign, and secure documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client interaction
