Mental Health Therapist – LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate strong, supportive connections with clients of all ages to establish a secure therapeutic atmosphere.

• Deliver evidence-based individual teletherapy mainly to clients aged 11–24 dealing with mild-to-moderate mental health issues.

• Offer services to adult clients aged 18–60 as an additional opportunity.

• Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers of younger clients.

• Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to support client success.

• Organize recurring sessions according to your own schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California.

• Only fully licensed clinicians are eligible; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians will not be considered.

• A strong passion for mental health throughout the lifespan.

• Proven dedication to culturally responsive and equitable care.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults aged 11–24 in clinical or educational settings.

• Experience with adult populations is advantageous.

• Proficient with telehealth services.

• Background in providing telehealth services is required.

• Minimum caseload of 5 sessions weekly.

• Availability to set hours from Monday to Sunday, 8 am–8 pm PT; weekend shifts are optional.
