Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized virtual therapy sessions via the telehealth platform.

• Conduct remote counseling, psychotherapy, and in-depth mental health evaluations.

• Gather patient medical information, encompassing health history and mental status examination results.

• Develop and execute behavioral health treatment plans.

• Assess the outcomes of mental health evaluations.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic support to clients.

• Perform monthly chart reviews as designated as part of the peer review quality assurance process.

• Concentrate on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations oversees billing, scheduling, and onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work independently without continuous clinical supervision.

• Stay current with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Proficient with technology and familiar with digital tools and platforms.

• Clinically licensed in the state of primary residence.

• Licensure in multiple states is highly regarded.

• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program, applicable for the LCSW pathway.

• Over 2 years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience, for the LCSW pathway.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Tennessee.

• Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program, applicable for the LPC/LMHC pathway.

• Over 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience, for the LPC/LMHC pathway.

• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Tennessee.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program, applicable for the LMFT pathway.

• Over 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience, for the LMFT pathway.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Tennessee.
