Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using Included Health's telehealth platform.

• Conduct virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions.

• Perform thorough mental health assessments.

• Collect patient medical information, including health history and findings from mental status examinations.

• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans.

• Assess results from mental health evaluations.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.

• Execute assigned monthly chart reviews as part of the peer-review quality assurance process.

• Prioritize patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations oversees billing, scheduling, and onboarding.

• Operate under the supervision of a Behavioral Health Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.

• Stay current with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Proficient in using technology and digital tools and platforms.

• Licensure in multiple states is highly advantageous.

• Clinically licensed in the state of primary residence.

• LCSW: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.

• LCSW: Minimum of 2 years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania.

• LPC/LMHC: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program.

• LPC/LMHC: At least 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience.

• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Pennsylvania.

• LMFT: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program.

• LMFT: A minimum of 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania.
