Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer empathetic, top-notch virtual care to patients throughout their healthcare journey

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via the telehealth platform

• Provide virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy services

• Carry out thorough mental health evaluations

• Gather patient medical information, including health history and findings from mental status examinations

• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans

• Analyze mental health assessment results

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic support

• Perform monthly chart reviews as required for the peer review quality assurance process

• Concentrate on patient care and documentation, while Clinical Operations oversees billing, scheduling, and onboarding

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to practice independently without continuous clinical supervision

• Stay current with continuing education and evidence-based psychosocial interventions

• Proficiency with technology and digital tools and platforms

• Clinically licensed in the state of primary residence

• Licensure in multiple states is highly regarded

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program for LCSW applicants

• 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW applicants

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Virginia

• Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program for LPC/LMHC applicants

• 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LPC/LMHC applicants

• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Virginia

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program for LMFT applicants

• 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience for LMFT applicants

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Virginia
