Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop strong and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients of varying age groups.

• Deliver evidence-based individual teletherapy for clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

• Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers when working with younger clients.

• Engage with clients aged 11-24, adults aged 18-60, or a combination of both demographics.

• Receive matched client referrals and schedule initial sessions through Daybreak.

• Maintain a flexible caseload with a requirement of at least 5 sessions weekly, with no upper limit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active California LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license.

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults.

• Comfort and prior experience with telehealth services.

• A strong passion for mental health care paired with a commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices.

• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.
