Licensed Therapist – LPCC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services that encompass psychosocial assessments, as well as individual, family, and group therapies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Conduct regular reassessments of treatment plans as necessary.

• Carry out initial assessments for patients assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, provided you have independent privileges.

• Engage in activities aimed at performance improvement.

• Aid in the interpretation of performance improvement data.

• Offer clinical supervision if you possess the necessary qualifications.

• Take part in consultation processes.

• Establish and maintain professional boundaries.

• Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in social work or counseling is required.

• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or as a clinical counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• While dual licensure for Indiana and Kentucky is preferred, it is not mandatory.

• Completion of supervision training is necessary for those providing clinical supervision within the program.

• Familiarity with current theoretical frameworks for delivering counseling services is required.

• Understanding of strategies for examining, applying, and assessing cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts is important.

• A comprehensive knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health sector is essential.
