License Therapist – LPCC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services, which include psychosocial assessments as well as individual, family, and group therapies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly reassess treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct initial patient assessments when assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, ensuring independent privilege.

• Engage in performance improvement initiatives.

• Aid in the interpretation of performance improvement data.

• Provide clinical supervision if qualified.

• Participate in consultations.

• Uphold professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality, and ensure ethical conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.

• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).

• Dual licensure for Indiana and Kentucky is preferred but not mandatory.

• Supervision training is required for providing clinical supervision in the program.

• Familiarity with current theoretical approaches to counseling service delivery.

• Understanding of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical aspects within the mental health field.
