Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and expand the MinuteClinic mental health services.

• Offer psychosocial support and education focused on the mental health of individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older.

• Provide evidence-based mental health treatment.

• Utilize assessment and treatment planning tools.

• Ensure continuity of care for patients.

• Work collaboratively with the clinical care team.

• Operate at the highest level of your professional license.

• Provide short-term counseling and diagnostic services remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unencumbered state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Must hold a license in Georgia.

• Required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states depending on business requirements.

• Demonstrated exceptional skills in diagnosis, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling.

• Experience using evidence-based approaches, such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

• Completed a Master’s degree program from an accredited institution.

• Capable of providing care to individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older.
