Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offer psychosocial support and education to enhance the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older

• Operate at the highest level of your licensure with assistance from the clinical care team

• Develop and expand the MinuteClinic mental health practice

• Utilize assessment and treatment planning tools to ensure continuity of care

• Provide evidence-based short-term counseling and therapeutic interventions

• Collaborate on patient care and treatment strategies

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC/LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in North Carolina

• A current, active, and unrestricted state license is required

• Must be willing and capable of obtaining additional state licenses

• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnostics, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling

• Experience in applying evidence-based practices, such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

• Completed a Master’s degree program from an accredited institution

• Ability to provide care for individuals, couples, and families aged 13 and older

• Qualified candidates will be evaluated in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
