Mental Health Professional Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive training for new-hire Mental Health Professionals, covering Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, and agency policies and procedures.

• Offer clinical support and training on the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Keep Netsmart training materials current and up-to-date.

• Generate and distribute reports to clinical leadership.

• Address support and training inquiries from Mental Health Professionals and other clinical positions.

• Assess the clinical appropriateness of correction requests.

• Provide additional assistance related to myAvatar as needed.

• Participate in myAvatar CWS calls.

• Utilize Netsmart Connect and review various resources to enhance clinical practices and organizational workflows.

• Report directly to the Clinical Vice President.

• Work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.

• Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE).

• At least 5 years of experience as a Mental Health Professional.

• Strong clinical, organizational, and presentation skills.

• Enthusiasm for training and developing fellow Mental Health Professionals.

• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and solve problems as required.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a treatment team.
