This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver clinical treatment services to specified populations within an outpatient treatment program.
• Create and conduct assessments and therapeutic interventions, which encompass individual, group, and family therapy.
• Formulate treatment plans and encounter documentation for assigned patients and/or providers.
• Maintain continuity of services through informed clinical decision-making and adherence to documentation, treatment, and case management protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address additional service requirements.
• Refer patients to suitable levels of care, community-based recovery initiatives, and social or human services.
• Serve as a liaison, both internally and externally, with professional services to fulfill patient care needs.
• Engage in designated external and internal meetings.
• Contribute to program quality assurance and performance enhancement efforts.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education (School Counseling), or a related discipline.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Adherence to HIPAA, data security protocols, the Code of Business Conduct, relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and training requirements.
