This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Clinical Management with the daily operations of the Coaching Department, focusing on productivity, service delivery quality, training, documentation, and scheduling of staff appointments.
• Offer guidance, support, consultation, and coaching to a team of Mental Health Coaches.
• Work collaboratively with Clinical Management and Client Services to address complex service inquiries and complaints.
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts, documentation reviews, and case audits.
• Engage with Plan Sponsors regarding the provision of EAP Coaching Services.
• Aid in the training and development of new coaches and provide continual training on new services, products, and accounts.
• Facilitate service delivery through assessment, consultation, and referral services to EAP/MHSA clients via coaching access points.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with members, Plan Sponsors, and providers to coordinate resource allocation and evaluate the impact of EAP services.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Oversee a team of coaches, including managing performance-related issues.
• Provide on-call pager support in line with team scheduling needs.
• Assist with the development and oversight of new products as assigned.
• Deliver virtual or telephonic assessments, mental health coaching, text therapy, virtual support groups, case management, and participant guidance.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• At least five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• An independent clinical state license to practice, such as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum of one (1) year of coaching experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience, encompassing training, goal setting, and performance improvement.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to critically assess and resolve complex clinical and service-related issues.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and contact management systems.
